This is work deals with the creation of the questionnaire, it’s purpose is to prevent threats in cyberspace largely focus on cyberbullying and also should act preemptively to selected ages from parents, pupils from primary school to secondary school students. The questionnaire is to determine the Police of the Czech Republic not only by the District Department, as well as all police officers, criminologists for occupy in the prevention, detection and analysis of cyberbullying.

The main issue of diploma thesis is information system and it's influence to effectiveness and productivity of work in the concrete company. Main aim is to suggest a recommendation that will lead to increasing the effectiveness of the company work. The thesis is separated to three parts. Theoretic part engaged the information systems most important sections. The real problems are detected in the analytic part and in the practical part are the recommendations on improvement current situation.

Design of a Universal B2B Web Portal for Spare Parts in Chosen Company

The master's thesis deals with the design of a universal web portal, which will allow any information system of a selected company to be interconnected with any information system of suppliers and customers. The web portal will contain information about availability, product pricing, and offers modules such as managing business partners accounts, creating special offers and ordering pre-selected products. Implementation is performed in PHP with MySQL database support. The partial aim of this master's thesis is to deploy the designed portal in the chosen company and for its business partners.

ITIL and COBIT Implementation in ARIS Toolset

This master's thesis explores the topic of guidance for the COBIT framework and ITIL library in the context of business process management. It encompasses various process modelling languages and diagrams for companies active in information and communication technologies. Through the selected ARIS tool set and the mapping of all 64 processes, the establishment of individual processes can now be achieved, which is explained by modelling a total of 101 diagrams. The thesis also contains an example of process deployment for a selected company, which is accompanied by an implementation of a dashboard application that monitors the ticket flow of service operation processes.

Project Proposal Establishment of New Department

This diploma thesis describes a proposal for establishment of a new department in the company ABC Ltd. The proposal was created in the Microsoft Project 2010. In the creation of this proposal were used the methods and process of project management. Intended division will be selling ICT equipment and as a major distribution channel will be using a web shop situated on the current websites. A part of the project will be the creation of new warehouse. The investor will be using this proposal as a guideline for the project realization.

Design of Chosen Parts of ICT Security

This bachelor`s thesis is focused on the security of information and communication technologies in a particular company. This company is a branch office for the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. Specifically, it is about the proposition and management of the program for awareness and training in information security of the company. First part of the thesis contains theoretical informations about information security. In second part is the analysis of the current state of ICT technologies of the company. In last part is overall evaluation of the analysis and own suggestions for solutions. Last part also includes the concept of program management and specific suggestions for practical implementation.
